STM slipper clutch

Hello ,I'm new to the ibmw site I've read a few forums and found one about the stm slipper clutch . I currently own a 2005 k1200s and like to replace the clutch , has any one had positive or negative experience with this clutch,easy to install, dose it help with 1st / 2nd gear clunk, finding neutral,hard clutch pull etc. best regards

Welcome to i-BMW.

May have what you are looking for with attached link.

From my understanding, your engine braking will not be the same, when fitted.

A strong point of the bike, IMO.

Hello Paulmogs,thanks for the directions I just ordered my new Italian made slipper clutch and Barrett carbon fiber clutch pack . I'll let you know how it turns out. Best regards

Slipper clutch great from my experience having one on my DucR previously.
Just prevents lockup but dont know about worth it on street only but if u have the coin burning a hole why not. Very good for track and 10/10 riding.
