Tool kit essentials

Hi folks, this has probably been flogged to death, but can I get some idea as to the bare essentials I might need to look after my K1300R?
I’ve owned and worked on Suzuki Katanas mostly- the 80s versions not the teapots, so I have a vague idea regarding bike maintenance, but as a new to the breed owner, I’m up for advice.
Cheers

I carried a toolkit on my GSX1100G sufficient to tear down the carbs, brakes, etc. (and it got used from time to time). But I haven't any idea what would be field serviceable on a newer K bike. The probs on the street I've heard about are like final drive fires and dead electronics. But [knock knock] my KS hasn't stranded me yet. So the only tools I carry are drinking water, cell phone, tire puncture kit, BMWMOA and AAA cards and a bit of cash. I don't even have my factory tool kit with me, it's in the garage. Curious what other folks have found to come in handy during their travels.

Re: Tool kit essentials

With my K1300 the only thing I can realistically do to the bike is change the oil and filter and maybe plugs, and perhaps top up the rear axle oil. Everything else is controlled by some electronic wizardry under the seat. We're not dealing with some 80s bike where you could do the timing, rebuild carburettors etc.

On the road then I have a can of Tyreweld which will get me to a garage in the event of a puncture, and that's it, apart from mobile, credit cards and some cash.
