k1200r clutch probs.

Hi I have a clutch problem, bike was going ok then one day went to go for a ride but wouldn't go into gear without stalling even with ignition off and clutch lever pulled in it would not move clutch not disengaging.
Took clutch plates out a few were stuck together some had friction pads missing put new plates in but still the same, as if I haven't done anything to it.
help b, a

When you pull the Clutch lever in does it feel normal?
It is most likely a leaking master or slave cylinder. Is the resavoir full?
There is probably air in the system either from falling over, or a leak.
You didn't change the clutch lever before this happened or had it to a dealer or changed the fluid?
You need to talk to a mechanic who knows hydraulic clutch systems.
I hope this helps.
