So I bought a Battery Tender

Yard sale 10 bucks. PO has the connector with a fuse going to battery so is it safe to use on a canbus bike?

Re: So I bought a Battery Tender

Yes if you hook directly to the battery and not try to plug it in to an OEM socket. But, is it a modern smart charger or some 10 year old Battery Tender brand that has been laying around in the garage?

Re: So I bought a Battery Tender

My modern Battery Tender+ has been laying in my garage charging all my bikes for the last 10 years, including hooked to my S1XR right now.

Dunno its probably old as the guy selling was very very old.
No identifiable markings so impossible to say.

It is identical in format to the one here

Why is that Beech? I only use the oem socket on both my canbus bikes.
