Oval black/chrome mirror for R1200C Phoenix needed?

I need to purchase a mirror for my 2001 R1200C Phoenix. The OEM mirror is a left-or-right part (fits either side), oval, and chrome/black. I have found this part at two online sites (Bob's BMW and Engle Motors). Is this part available at a vendor that supports the I-BMW website?

Part Number: 71607658937

I went ahead and ordered it from Bob's BMW.

Re: Oval black/chrome mirror for R1200C Phoenix needed?

I really don't like the oval mirrors on my 2001 R1200C Phoenix/Independent. They stick out way too far . . . farther than any mirrors on any bike I've ever owned, which includes some big H-D cruisers. I don't mind giving up a bit of view for mirrors that don't stick out so far. Suggestions?

Have you ever tried mirror extensions? I have mounted some extensions on my K1200RS
