Getting LAMPF and no broken light

Since a few days I'm getting this problem.
I get LAMPF on my display suddenly during a trip and I can't use my right turn signal.
When I switch power off and on again, the LAMPF is gone and I'm able to use my indicator again.
It would seem strange that this is caused by a bad contact but here's my question to the experts.
Is it possible that when the system detects a broken light and indicates this with LAMPF, it turns off the circuit and doesn't check it again until after the bike has been switched off ?
This would explain the behaviour I'm getting (bad contact or lightbulb)..

Re: Getting LAMPF and no broken light

This happened to me and was the first indication that my battery was reaching the end.

Re: Getting LAMPF and no broken light

The lightbulb was broken.
The problem was that not the filament but the wire to the filament was broken.
But sometimes it made contact and then the indicator was working, but when driving this contact was broken and the LAMPF came on.
It is strange because normally when I get a LAMPF for my indicator the ARROW blinks faster than normal to show which lamp is broken.
In the end it was just solved by installing a new 1 bulb
