Post Self starting Indian Motorcycles!

Ghost in the machine?

Indian motorcycles may self-start due to faulty switch, recall started

Quote:
There may be a ghost in the machine in about 3,300 Indian brand motorcycles. The engines can start by themselves because of a faulty switch.

The Minnesota company started a recall Thursday of 11 models from the 2018 model year.

Re: Self starting Indian Motorcycles!

So they have the opposite problem of many BMW's - our bikes had the switch gear failure and the bikes would not start or the famous EWS ring failure no start - well BMW is not alone.
