New lights for the R

I'm about to do two all nighters and so thought I'd better see where I am going.

Re: New lights for the R

Come on Mark!!
I'm hanging for these pics bro, I don't get to go on many day rides, but I can get out more often for a night ride, and I need to add some more lights to look further into the corners, so I'm interested to see what you've done!

Cheers

Re: New lights for the R

I bet they light up the road, how many watts/lumins are they, what size.
My first thought was I would have mounted them closer but I can see your swivel bracket only just clears the fairing. I like the cockpit setup with the ram mount for the phone on the right, I might try that on mine. Are they on a separate switch? Relay?

Cheers

Re: New lights for the R

Thanks Mat for posting photos. I have just flicked you a photo of the switch arrangement. Also runs off relay using the full beam as source.

The lights are 50W LEDs @ 6000 lumens. And yes they are unreal. Here is the link to the item on Aliexpress...

Hi Mark

Nice lights!

Is a minor issue, the pic is too large : Dimensions: 1786 x 852

Next time try to resize it before upload with some photo editor to 1024*768 as example
