Re: Headlight Protector
You can use double sided, heavy duty, clear Velcro on the face of the headlight lens.

Re: Headlight Protector
Look today and well they made it as the original front glass all in all... well what a waste if you cant take hole lighthouse into separate parts easily. so now i have a new BMW taco trey on the dinnertable.

Re: Headlight Protector
Helluuuuuuuuuuuuu everyone
will be custom made from a plastic factory over here in sweden, tired of nothing solid good fot my baby K. we will do a mold on the glass i got home,,,then we cut it a bit on the ends to go over the sides after that new fixation with easy locks for it so you can remove it easily. Pictures on the hole will be soon i hope. ![]() |

Re: Headlight Protector
I cut my own to fit my K1200R. Trimmed some offcuts and polished the edges...it's not commercial quality, but it's not too bad and will do the job for longer country rides.
I haven't fitted it yet, because I've misplaced the 3M dual lock.

Re: Headlight Protector
I don't understand... you bought it from someone for the sole purpose of protecting your headlight... You didn't ask them how it attaches? They didn't furnisy the proper hardware to attach it? Am I missing something here?

Re: Headlight Protector
Just buy a sheet of 3M 2mm clear which is sticky on one side. Cut a template of the lens from paper and mark and cut the 3M. Once its on its damn near invisible.
