Talking The HOSSACK

Hi Guys and Gals

You might know that on of my friends are one of our members over here at 'i-BMW.com':
Norman Hossack, his handle is: 'HOSSACK' when online.

Norman at the left talking to Andy (biff) at Sonora CA in 2009.

...and Yes he is The Inventor of The Hossack, the front fork of a Series of BMW K bikes presently,
wrongly named Duolever by BMW, remember..

There aint a duolever, It is a HOSSACK!

Here the other day I got this e-mail from Norman:

"Hi Kjell

As mylongest strongest supporter I thought I should tell you about this first"

Had the pleasure of meeting Norman at that rally. He road his original front end mule (1st edition K bike) to the rally. Talked about it at length. Very interesting. Too bad BMW could not give credit where it needs to go. They waited just enough for the patent to run out I guess.

It's no surprise to many that I'm not completely enamoured with BMW and their products at this point in time and my experiences may be different than many have had...BUT, BMW stepped up when I was having a major problem with my K/S(out of warranty) and my dealer. Except for the time that it took for problem resolution and an apparent lack of urgency from BMWNA...the problem was solved.
