Re: SPOILER - Phillip Island Tests

Vinales is a whole 1/2sec UNDER his Suzuki race pace of last year and almost 0.5 seconds clear of the field. This will be an interesting year to see the dynamics between the Yamaha teammates.

BTW, it's Rossi's b-day. Maybe in anticipation of a big party, he's taking it easy. 0.8s behind his teammate so far.

Re: SPOILER - Phillip Island Tests

Rossi needs to play it cool. I think he has the pace.

Let Vinales and Marquez fight with one another, trade wins and DNF's.
Rossi needs to do what he does the best late in his career, be consistent, and at the end maybe he wins one last one!

Runner up in MotoGP for the last 3 seasons. He is RIGHT THERE!!!

I certainly think Rossi is a real contender in fact I think he can win - just for the reasons you stated.

Sure it is a long season - all kinds of scenario's could play out and will but for some reason every once in awhile a guy like Rossi comes along - he shouldn't be a factor in fact he should be retired but in fact he is still in it.

He would have won the championship 2 years ago if he didn't have that crazy penalty.

I just like him so I'm bias - I like him more because he's the old guy giving the young guy's a run for the money.

Re: SPOILER - Phillip Island Tests

Vinales is going to make life difficult for the entire field this season. I'm happy to see the rookies, Folger, Rins, and Zarco doing so well... especially after watching Tito Rabat's disastrous season last year. I can't wait for the racing to begin!!

And how about Folger, the Moto2 graduate posting his time on the Monster Tech3? I'm impressed
