K1300 Clutch in K1200?

Does anyone know for sure if the oil pump sprocket and chain from a K1200 are compatible a to K1300 clutch drive sprocket . I know the drive sprockets are different where they attach to the clutch but are the different sprockets the same pitch? The BMW parts website does not tell you.

Thanks for any help on this question

Dusty

K12S & K13S share same oil pump drive chain part # 11417678217.

Re: K1300 Clutch in K1200?

Chain and sprocket are the same (teeth pitch).

The only difference will be if you install a 2015 -2016 oil pump, as the number of teeth have changed on the oil pump sprocket. (The new pump runs 1bar higher in oil pressure)

You then need a different chain.
