My new to me 2005 K1200s

Hello everyone

Just picked up this 2005 K1200s, she has only 12000Km, and as clean as a whistle, but still needs new tires, and the normal oil change filters etc and she should be on the road officially after the long weekend (Canada Day July 1st)

My first big bike and something that is not 30 years old, she does not have all the options, but enough for me, for now

Looking to get an exhaust for her, tinted windscreen, getting a GPS soon, and possibly change out the rear tail light and blinkers to some modern LED lights, I hear the K1300 might do this for me.

Can any of my Canadian locals help out on the above, or anyone if you have a good contact and or lead on exhaust, I see there are a few options available....

Anyways, a few pictures on the day I took her home.

Yes the M badging has already been removed.....

Thanks for the welcome to this forum

Sweet....looks just like mine but older....LOL

I had an older R65ls but decided to get something a bit more modern, and I didn't want the R65 just collecting dust

Absolutely gorgeous paint job! Someone spent some big bucks on it. Well done.
