Do a web search on the UPS 747 crash at Dubai as a result of a load of Lithium batteries.

Some poor guy had his brand new Ducati, the one with the V4, Burn to the ground because the factory lithium ion battery went into thermal runaway and started burning. He was riding around in city traffic bike had less than 200 miles on it. Anyway, something to think about when buying lithium type batteries.

I didn't know that. Anyway, it explains the very low price of the JMT. They are being dumped on the market I guess.

I know of two recalls for the V4 Duc. Not about the battery but about fuel tank issues. Is there also a recall about the battery?
