The guy is lucky he didn't get shot by the police thinking he was a terrorist who had used his car to run over people.

I suspect clean shorts were high on the shopping list at the end of it all.

I can't believe that Santa wasn't intentionally struck as well... or minimally his bike run over when he wasn't on it.

I know in the heat of the moment we want to stop someone like that - but Santa was really lucky they did not run him down.
