Kununurra Run Queens Birthday weekend!

Well seeing as how everybody else is doing it, if any of you mob are in or near Darwin for the Queens Birthday long weekend a few of us are doing a run across to Kununurra WA, home of the Ord River Distillery (best rum in the world ), we'll leave from the United servo at Noonamah at 0630 Saturday 6th June, staying over Saturday night, Sunday and returning to Darwin Monday 8th June. Now it's only 860kms each way so nice easy run Lots of touristy stuff to do, beautiful Lake Argyle, Rum Distillery, Sandlewood Factory, Rum Distillery, small motorcycle museum, oh did I mention the Rum Distillery?

And in August as we get another public holiday we're doing a run down the track to Daly Waters, again leaving from Noonamah at 0700 Saturday 1st August and returning Monday 3rd August, lots of touristy stuff as well there!

Re: Kununurra Run Queens Birthday weekend!

Looking good, so far we have confirmed;

2 x K1600GT
1 x K1200RS
1 x S1000RR (yes evidently you can tour on them )
1 x S1000R
1 x Suzuki Boulevard
1 x Kawasaki ER6N
1 x Kawasaki Versys 650
1 x Suzuki GS500

Possibles;

1 x Ducati Multistrada
1 x S1000R
1 x R1200GSA
1 x Ducati Panigale 899 ( definitely gunna have a sore bum )

Think it was the mention of the rum distillery that got them all interested
