HEADER COLLECTORS FOR OUR OEM EXHAUST SYSTEM

Hey guys..... I am going to modify my OEM exhaust system on my 2002 K12RS. Since Staintune systems are no longer available, here's my plan. I am going to cut of the head pipes just before the cat, leaving the 4 pipes. They are 1.260 OD. I have contacted a collector maker and they will make me up as many collectors as I want. So I asked them if I have say.... 10 or more made up would they be any cheaper, answer was YES !! Then we all could buy any brand muffler you want and have a pipe bent to join the collector to the muffler that could be hung in the OEM position.
Sounds like a lot of work, but its not. I found a staintune muffler for sale for very cheap, it does have a small ding in it but I can fix that !
SO......... any you all be interested in buying a collector made of SS that would slip over the OEM head pipes . The more I have made the less they would be. I am saying around 175.00 each plus YOU pay shipping !! Let me know...........

Yup!

Ran my no resonator Remus with the muffler off the bent pipe to see if it was loud enough for a Hardley guy down the street making noise with his rolling road block. F'n loud, but guess I could of put a megaphone on it to make it louder. I have video somewhere, needless to say the muffler went right back on.
