Re: SPOILER - Austria MotoGP

Interesting fact:

Although Marquez and Vinales are 1st and 2nd in points, the race in Brno last week was the first time they've stood on the podium together this season...

Marquez looks unstoppable - fastest on each tire compound... who's gonna finish second? They should penalize Ducati 5 grid positions for that HIDEOUS baboon of a faring

Finish second? That would be Marquez. That finish was a lot of fun to watch. MM had to try to get by but I don't blame Dovi for flipping him off as he led him across the finish line. Marquez sure looks like he's headed to another championship but it looks like it'll be fun - he's not exactly walking away with it.

Re: SPOILER - Austria MotoGP

Fun race to watch, great show down between Marquez and Dovioso who is now second in the championship, rough race for Rossi into 7th. Dovi was in top form and Marquez's last corner lunge while being predictable, seemed to me evidence of MM going backwards to his first year in MotoGP where he seemed to have little regard for himself, or his competitors, Dovi's gesture to Marquez as he went to the line was priceless (don't know how long this video will be up?)

Exactly, and that is why, regardless of his immense talent, I have little respect for Marquez...

Re: SPOILER - Austria MotoGP

Havent watched the race, yet. Looked like MM was faster but just ran out of time and track.
Props to Dovi for being able to pull the bike back underneath while running balls out on worn tires.
These guys are amazing.

In regards to the final corner pass attempt, just because you CAN do something, doesn't always mean you SHOULD.

I thought MM had matured past his lunging, but he obviously hasn't... I won't be surprised if he punts someone by season's end. Too bad, he's incredible to watch - totally focused at the edge
