Dovi clear of the field by 2secs!!!

Old guy with the new contract a strong second!

Im excited for this season.

If Lorenzo figures out a setup he likes, that Ducati might be the favorite???

Re: Qatar- are free practice results Spoilers?

Yup its a Spoiler, here are some details

Dovi’ Leads Rossi & Marquez In First MotoGP Session of 2018, but note the first 13 riders are separated by not more than 1 second. The field is damn close at this point.

Re: Qatar- are free practice results Spoilers?

It's beginning to look like the whole "alien" concept may be a thing of the past. With such parity in the bikes and new talent developing, it seems like there are 8 to 10 riders capable of winning a race... it's going to be an exciting season!!

FP2 Results, still Dovi, in the .54's now, order shuffled a bit, but top 13 still within 1 second, check out Alex Rins on the Suzuki, should be an interesting race. Nice to see 23 bikes on the grid. I can't wait, qualifying is on tomorrow on the Velocity Channel, if you're provider carries it.

What you say is true but there are those who practice well and those that show up strong on game day. Still wouldn't bet against Marquez but is nice when it's more competitive than just a couple of riders. Having said that I didn't see any races last year so what do I know.

Videopass is probably the very best coverage. All the practices, all the testing, on board cameras during the races.

Re: Qatar- are free practice results Spoilers?

I just noticed the belN channel on Comcast is going to carry the Moto GP races, but I can't tell if it's a Spanish language channel or not... It's $7.99 a month

Does anyone subscribe to them? I'd thought about the Videopass, but would rather not have to watch the races on my computer...

I do watch on my computer but I think you can stream it to your TV. The coverage is way better than anything else.

Jerry I've been watching on BeInSport for the last several years, and its always in English, except today, the broadcast started off in English, as they started with the highlights of Moto2 and Moto3, and then the GP race came on and it was in Spanish, weird. After the race the English commentator interviewed the top 3 finishers, and the Spanish language broadcaster was translating - very annoying, but I think its a glitch. Its on again as a rebroadcast a little later this evening, I'm going to check if its sorted.

As for watching on the MotoGP pass on the computer, perhaps with the "Google Chromecast" or Amazon Fire Stick you can transmit it to your TV - I use Chromecast to watch Netflix on my TV, works great.

And BTW BeInSport carries all WBSK races too.
