R1200RT Custom for Anthony Kiedis by Roland Sands

Roland's done it again, this time for Anthony. I'm not really into bikes with full fairings, etc but this I do like. I can just imagine chewing up those big mileage days on this thing in total comfort.

Write-up and links to the custom work is here: https://www.rolandsands.com/blog/723...is-bmw-r1200rt

The lads go riding. Roland's work in motion:

And if you don't know who Anthony Kiedis is, he fronts the Red Hot Chili Peppers. One of their latest works:

Looks very good, IMO.

Great paint job but I think the paint scheme is to busy with the stripes on the tank, fender and saddle bags, I love the exhaust tho.

Re: R1200RT Custom for Anthony Kiedis by Roland Sands

I like the exhaust and the wheels. The rest of the mods, meh. The other bits seem more like an attempt to sell some of his after market parts more than anything else.

Admittedly, there's not a great deal you can do with the "canvas" provided to work on. The RT is a bit "busy" on the Tupperware side of things and I've often wondered how you could add some paint to it to change it up. But it doesn't appear easy - especially if even ol Roland can't seem to really do much with it.

In any case, it's good to see some variations on the bike. Would like to see some more.
