Stebel horn and Painless fuseblock install

Some of you will remember my Painless fuseblock install on the gt.
I bought a Fuzeblock to put on the S, but didn't like the places I could mount without worrying about the water intrusion. I was also going to install my stebel horn from the gt, and started trying to figure out where they would go.

I fabbed up a bracket to mount the horn on the left side of the bike, and started to figure the fuseblock mount, when I realized I needed more space under the seat. So I ended up getting another Painless 7 circuit fuseblock from Summit Racing.
The bracket material is from a Genie garage door opener, just had laying around.

Well I used the first bracket I made for the horn, and added another to mount the fuseblock on the left side instead.

I then fabbed another bracket for the horn on the right side, and mounted the stebel there.

There's enough clearance on both right and left sides for the horn, whichever side you choose. Here's a pic of the right side. I didn't take one on the left with the plastic on.

There's some more pics of the install in my photo gallery that might help one out.

I'm in the process of putting Dzus fasteners on the panels to make access easier. Those pics will follow....

Bobby,

I love what you did with the fuze block and the horn. I only wish I could understand this kinda stuff....even with the pictures.

Mitch,
The Painless came with an auto-reset circuit breaker, that did go between the battery and the fuse block. It's in the top of this pic with the red wires.

I've also since redone the terminal ends with solder and heat shrink.
I'll have to look in the box for the Fuzeblock and see what it has, as I can't remember right now.
