Re: New Seat for K13GT

I've got some time on Sargent seats and always liked them. That's where I'd start for the GT.

Re: New Seat for K13GT

My butt would stick to the stock seat on my K1200GT and it was too soft. I replaced the stock heated seat with a heated Sargent seat(front seat only). I purchased it in like new condition off ebay for $150.00. I then called Sargent and ordered a rear Sargent seat cover and had it installed at a local shop. I have about $240.00 in both seats. The Sargent seat is firm and my butt doesn't stick to the material. It's a great seat.

Re: New Seat for K13GT

I bought a Russell. It's the best investment I've made. Quality and comfort are superb.

Re: New Seat for K13GT

I just ordered a Corbin. One inch padded up. 4 weeks out. Guess I have to wait.

Re: New Seat for K13GT

I had a Bagster seat on my K1200S... by far the most comfortable and beautiful seat I've ever seen... you can custom design one on their website...

Re: New Seat for K13GT

Charlie after looking at the Bagster site I'm a bite confused, did you send them your old seat? I get the impression you don't send your old seat in they make a complete seat, no mention of heated seats either. Maybe it's me, and I'm just looking in the wrong place.
