BMW teasing towards an impressive boxer?

Is the teased 1800 boxer on the horizon?

Re: BMW teasing towards an impressive boxer?

With those cylinders sticking so far out, prolly doesn’t need a side stand?

Re: BMW teasing towards an impressive boxer?

Damn, just put some aileron on the cylinder heads, attach some elevators on the rear cowling and you can fly the damn thing. Though you will probably have to remold the shape of the helmet to use your head as the rudder.

Re: BMW teasing towards an impressive boxer?

BMW has not had enough success in conquest sales from the Harley/Indian crowd. The anemic cruiser of 15 years ago actually sold many units. Look to see this new high torque bike in a year. I bet it will be 140 lb./ft. and 90 to 110 HP or so. It is not intended for the RT riders of today. All the MC companies are looking for new younger riders with appropriate products, so stand back and enjoy the view.

I change your tires, you buy them on the web, I do the work $40, trying to keep riders on the road.
